With high client stickiness due to his excellent client-stakeholder relationship, Avijit has been advising businesses across sectors in various facets that includes transaction advisory (fund raising and M&A), business valuations (both public and private companies), market sizing and opportunity assessment, competitor benchmarking, gap analysis, commercial and business due diligence, feasibility studies, business plan, and formulating growth, expansion, optimization and restructuring strategies.

He is also known and respected for the insights that he provides in the advisory spectrum about business and industry trends, and how each of these trends are triggered and impacted by chain of critical events. Being one of the known faces in the industry, Avijit is also a keynote speaker in various seminars and conferences, and his opinion on financial markets, industry and economy, often gets published as a subject matter expert in Euromoney Asia journal, Hong Kong. He has also authored numerous white papers on interest rates, managing inflation, valuation methodologies, due diligence and the impact of digitization on the speed of business, among others.

At Argon, he is responsible for driving the growth of the company, overall management, business development, brand building, expansion to new geographies and strengthening the relationship database of investors and corporate. Having built a relationship with a network of more than 300 institutional investors globally, he has access to incubation fund, seed fund, angel investors, VCs, and PEs – for early stage, growth stage and mature-stage investments – within the investors fraternity. Prior to Argon, he was the head of Investment Advisory at Avalon and has been spearheading the end-to-end advisory mandates in terms of fund raising and M&A in various sectors that includes domestic, cross-border and international transactions.
